The concept is simple.  Revenue - Expense = Profit.  So to maximize profit you increase revenue and decrease expense.  The practical implementation of that as a business concept is far more complex.  I’m Darryl Rosen, entrepreneur, marathoner and innovator.  Those skills along, with a  passion for business, have enabled me build two very profitable businesses of my own, and help others do the same.  My entrepreneurial spirit  provided the vision and energy to start something new.  The endurance of the marathoner enabled me to see my business through the tough times;  and, the resourcefulness of  an innovator gave me the flexibility to go over, under, around, or through all obstacles.

After 17 years building a $50 million retail beverage business, I formed the Rose Advisory Group to help businesses increase revenue. We assess the culture of their business and their leadership style, and then coach them as they transform into a vision-guided and values-driven culture  that attracts and keeps talented people, inspires employees to go the extra mile,  and enhances the organization’s capacity for collective action by building trust.   We train, coach and consult with businesses in areas of communication and problem solving styles, fostering accountability, sales management, and relationship building.

To help reduce expenses, I created the FORCE Solutions Group, an innovation that goes beyond traditional expense control by providing products and services such as capital asset recovery services, and specialized tax services that reduce tax payments, and programs that audit and reduce costs of energy, credit card servicing, freight and shipping,  waste & recycling, workmen’s compensation, and  wireless spending. Fees for these offerings are performance-based.  We save you money, or we don’t get paid and today we have saved companies over $350 Million dollars!
